Mark Dillon will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer and board member following David Cantu’s decision to step down as CEO, while Cantu will remain on the board. Joe Henson joins as Chief Product and Technology Officer.

With over 25 years of experience leading and growing software and technology companies, Dillon most recently served as CEO of the Chicago-based AI-driven ratings and reviews software platform PowerReviews, successfully guiding the company through acquisition by strategic partner 1WorldSync, Inc.

Henson most recently served as CTO/CPO at PowerReviews alongside Dillon and previously held roles in product and technology at Label Insight, Catalina, and Triad.
