Last month, the Women’s Foodservice Forum held its Annual Leadership Development Conference in Dallas, Texas. The purpose of the conference was to engage women in the foodservice industry and teach them how to develop the leadership and communication skills that will bring them success in their careers. The conference included various general sessions as well as break-out educational sessions, which covered topics from networking to building strong relationships in the workplace.

One particularly notable session featured Hannah Ubl of BridgeWorks, who hosted a session called “When Generations Connect: Communicating Across Divides.” Her session centered around identifying generational differences in the workplaces and adapting to each generation’s communication and work styles.
