During the conference, we share powerhouse research, insights and leadership tips to prepare ourselves for the coming year. Furthermore, we take time to honor superior restaurant leadership and performance. Each year, five restaurant companies receive the Best Practices award in recognition of their operational excellence. Our 2016 award winners were White Castle, Jason’s Deli, Denny’s, Chili’s and The Cheesecake Factory.
