December 2, 2015 — Dallas, Texas: Black Box Intelligence (formerly TDn2K) (Transforming Data Into Knowledge) has announced the finalists for the 2016 Best Practices awards. These awards recognize consistently superior workforce results among members of Workforce Intelligence (formerly People Report), a Black Box Intelligence (formerly TDn2K) company. Winners will be honored January 19th at the annual Global Best Practices Conference in Dallas, Texas.

Awards are given in honor of outstanding performance in management retention, hourly employee retention, composite workforce diversity, year over year improvement in people metrics overall and community involvement. The 2016 finalists are: BJ’s Restaurants, The Cheesecake Factory, Chili’s Grill & Bar, Dave & Buster’s, Denny’s Restaurants, Eat’n Park, Jason’s Deli, Ninety Nine Restaurants, Panera Bread, Perkins, Raising Cane’s, Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, White Castle, Wisconsin Hospitality (Pizza Hut Franchisee) and Zoes Kitchen. There will be a winner chosen for each of the QSR, Fast Casual, Family Dining, Casual Dining and the Upscale Dining segments.

Black Box Intelligence (formerly TDn2K) will also present the third Diamond Catalyst Award at the January Global Best Practices Conference. The Diamond Catalyst Award is presented to a member of Workforce Intelligence (formerly People Report) and Financial Intelligence (formerly Black Box Intelligence) recognized for excellence in workforce and operational performance. The winner of this award demonstrates best practices in hiring, retention and compensation that allow them to define best practices in driving sales and traffic. Previous winners include The Cheesecake Factory and White Castle.
