What it is

Drill Down by Theme and Message Type

The new page-level filtering feature allows you to refine your dashboards by channel or message type. This is designed to create more meaningful analysis of and focused response to the digital feedback you receive. More quickly elevate the issues that most impacting your business.

Why We Built It

More Granular and Specific Feedback Monitoring

This enhancement is designed to support analysis where excluding or focusing on particular channels or message delivery method is crucial. While similar filtering options are currently available for downloadable reports, this update makes navigating and gaining insights from your dashboards even easier. 

This enables you to filter your sentiment scores by review or social channel.

  • Isolate sentiment analysis to channels of your choice (Facebook, Instagram, Google etc.)

  • Analyze solicited (direct responses to questions you prepare) vs unsolicited feedback (dictated by customer on issues that matter most to them).

  • Pull all photos posted by your guests for quality control.

  • Filter DMs on Facebook, Instagram or both to gain clearer understanding of the most common questions received.

How to Start Using This Feature

Available in Portal Now

To activate page-level filtering, you should need to reach out to support@blackboxintelligence.com.

Once you have done that, simply navigate to your insights page on GuestXM. Between the date selector and download button, you’ll find a new filter icon on both the reputation page and sentiment page. Simply filter as you choose from here.
