Product Update: June 2025

Helping Restaurants Know What to Fix First, Faster.

You asked for a way to understand which menu items are impacting the guest experience the most.
Now you can.

We’re excited to introduce Menu Priority — a smarter, faster way to focus your efforts where they matter most.

93%
of consumers look at a menu before they decide where to eat

What’s New?

Prioritize Feedback on Specific Menu Items

With Menu Priority you can customize the order that menu items appear in the surveys, meaning you can prioritize feedback collection to specific food and drinks items.

Example Use Cases:

  • New Menu Items: Prioritize them to track early feedback and make quick adjustments.

  • Continual Improvement and/or Quality: Ensure your best sellers remain best sellers.

A digital Menu Priority list titled "Priority items" displays various Mexican dishes such as guacamole with tortilla chips, chili guacamole, Mexico City nachos, and several types of tacos, set against a purple and pink gradient background.

Why It Matters

Menu Priority Removes the Guesswork and Gives You:

A clear list of what to fix first
