  • Mentions for each guest satisfaction attribute. Aside from specific items, it’s also necessary to know how your overall experiences are serving customers. Guest Intelligence tracks six guest satisfaction attributes, which are deemed the most meaningful indicators of a guest’s experience: food, beverage, service, value, intent to return, and ambiance.
