The 2020 event was home to over 250 restaurant industry senior leadership and c-suite executives from marketing, operations and human resources, who gathered to share best practices, network and celebrate the Best Practices Award winners. In addition, it was also the time Black Box Intelligence (formerly TDn2K) recognized industry excellence in human resource and operational performance with the Diamond Catalyst Award presented to LongHorn Steakhouse, Heart of the Workplace Award presented to Whataburger and the Workplace Legacy Award presented to Dina Barmasse and David Gordon of Dave & Busters.
